しかし返信が来ないです。なぜですか？

2日前にメールで確認依頼をしましたが返信が来ません。
私の予想通り、注文した数量のRugが届きませんでした。
私はこのラグを5枚注文しました。
しかし昨日到着したのは2枚です。
未到着分の3枚のラグを大至急発送して下さい。
2月16日までに必ず届けて下さい。
到着したパッケージのTrackingNo,は以下の2つです。
ベンダーに確認して今日中に返信を下さい。
