2015年1/22、1/26～1/29まで、ハネムーンで訪問させて頂き、素敵な時間を過ごさせてもらいました。この度ご相談があり、こちらの窓口にご連絡させていただきました。滞在中にショップにて、２個の電気スタンドを購入しましたが、そのうちの１個の電気がつきませんでした。購入情報は下記の通りですが、新しい商品と交換してもらえますでしょうか。商品にタグなどはついたままです。結婚式で使用する予定の大事な物なので、どうしても交換して欲しいです。ご検討ください。お返事お待ちしております。

We visited and had a great time there for our honeymoon during January 22-29th 2015.

I purchased two electronic stands from a shop during the trip,but one of them don't work and don't light up. My purchase information is below, and would like to swich it to a new one.
