21時は何とか参加可能な時間ですので、自宅からの接続ができそうなら参加したいと思います。それが無理なら・・・ごめんなさい！今回は欠席させていただきます。お手数をお掛けしますが、会議後の情報共有をお願いいたします。こちらでも可能な議論は適宜行なっていきたいと考えておりますので、宜しくお願いいたします。今後、休日でなければ21時は対応可能な時間です。

However, February 11 is a public holiday(National Foundation Day) in Japan. So it is difficult to participate in the meeting from our company.
I may somehow participate in the meeting at 21:00. So I think to join the meeting in case I can connect from my home.
If not, I have to be absent on that day. Please accept my apologies for missing the meeting and please share the infromation of the meeting. We are thinking to have a discussion here accordingly. I appreciate your understaning.
As for the future meetings, 21:00 will be always available unless the day of the meeting is holiday.
