Amazon.co.jpでは1つでの販売となっているために発生しました。
今後はより注意深くAmazon.comの販売ページを商品登録時に確認いたします。
またこちらの商品は今後Amazon.comでの出品を取り下げます

We will confirm the product that the client ordered (you ordered) from Amazon.com with the product that has a similar ASIN code in the Amazon.co.jp sales page in our sales order management process.
The issue that occurred this time was due to a product, which is being sold in sets of 12 within Amazon.com, being sold in single quantities within Amazon.co.jp.
We will take extreme caution in confirming the products in Amazon.com sales page when we are registering our products moving forward.
In addition, we will be taking down the products that are being displayed in Amazon.com.
