使用方法
1.本体（研ぎ部）に水を入れます。
2.研ぎ部が動かないようハンドル部分を手でしっかりと握ります。
3.荒研ぎ、中研ぎ。仕上研ぎの順に包丁を入れ、
軽く押し付けて前後にそれぞれ7～8回動かします。
4.それでも切れ味がよみがえらない場合は 3.を繰り返してください。
5.研ぎあがったら包丁を水洗いしてご使用下さい。

Product description
How to use the product
1. Pour some water into the sharpening part.
2. Hold the handle tight so that the sharpening part is fixed.
3. Put your knife into the 荒研ぎ（rough sharpening) part first, then into the 中研ぎ(middle sharpening) part, and finally into the 仕上げ研ぎ(finishing) part in order. Move it back and forth 7~8 times, pressing it lightly.
4. If your knife does not get sharp enough, repeat the No.3 process several times.
5. When finished, use the knife after washing with water.
