Please use endless design (design that can be cut anywhere without a problem) for the background image.
For instance, if we place a company log on both edges of the background, it may not appear without scrolling the screen depending on the size of the display in use.
If you want to display texts, drawings, and photos on many different-sized displays without scrolling the screen (not possible 100%), I recommend you design a space between ID&PW input from a white area on the upper part of the screen and the width of the ID&PW bar.
