Contax NXが、動作しなかったということで、申し訳ありません。
誠意を持って、対応させていただきますが、いくつか確認させてください。
1.NAM-1を介して645レンズを取り付けた場合のみ動作しませんか？カメラと例えば他のレンズで試されたりとかはされてますでしょうか？
NAM-1は正常かどうかは分かりますか？
故障がカメラか、NAM-1かを判断する為の質問ですので、お気を悪くされないでください。
2.カメラのみ返品希望で、NAM-1は返品希望されないということでよろしいでしょうか

I will handle this in all sincerity, and first let me confirm a few things.
1. Doesn't it work only when you attach 645 lenses using NAM-1? Did you try other lenses just with the camera, for example, ?
Do you know whether NAM-1 is in normal condition?
As these are the questions to judge the trouble is in camera or NAM-1, please do not be offended.
2. Am I correct to understand that you want to return only the camera but not NAM-1?
