This is a used Roland GR-09.
An option card (GR9E-1) is attached. I bought it for about 10,000 yen.
There are 180 sounds in a normal one, but there are 360 sounds in this one.
It dose not come with an AC adapter, an instruction nor a pickup.
It doesn't have a hook, which you can use to hang a cord. Check it in the picture. please.
It definitely works. I checked it by hooking it up to a pickup.
