日本郵便に確認しましたところ、カザフスタンにはEMSサービスの取扱いが無いとのことです。
SAL便であればトラッキング番号と荷物の保険も付けられます。
ホリデーシーズンですので、荷物のお届けに時間がかかるかもしれないとの事です。
商品の手配をこのまま進めても問題ないでしょうか？

I have confirmed with Japan Post that EMS is not provided in Kazakhstan.
For SAL we are able to provide you its tracking number and attach insurance for parcel.
Since it's a holiday season, it will take longer time till the arrival of your parcel.
