東南アジアにいってきたら、会社がちょっと変化するきっかけになった話
2014年12月。来週、H社にベトナム人の仲間が新卒プログラマーとして入社してくれます！
さかのぼること２年半、2012年6月。渋谷の居酒屋で友人たちと楽しく飲んでいた私は、その場のノリで、夏に開催される東南アジア3カ国（タイ・ベトナム・インドネシア）でのイベントツアーへの参加を決めました。「ちょっとみんなでアジアいこうぜ！カンパーイ！」みたいな感じでした。
Trip to south-eastern Asia changed the company
December 2014. One of our colleagues from Vietnam is joining to our company next week!
June 2012,two years and a half ago. While I was drinking with my friends in a Japanese style pub in Shibuya, we decided in a fun mood to participated in an event tour to three countries(Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia) which would be held in the next summer. "Hey, let's go to Asia! Cheers!" we decided to go there like this.
当時のH社オフィスには日本人しかいなくて、国外のお客様もまだ少なく、まずは国内市場でがんばるぞという状況だったので、当初は休暇をとって私費で見聞を広めてこようと考えていたのですが、社内某所からの天啓「社費でどうぞ。」によって、私にとっては入社以来初めての海外出張となりました。
そのときの日程は下記の通り。すこしタフだった！
どの国がどこにあるのか、よく分からなかったので、渡航前にオンライン地図で整理しました。下記からアクセスできます。
At that time, there were only Japanese staffs in the office of H company and there were few customers from abroad. So we were in a situation to do the business in domestic market. At first, we intended to take a look around at our expense taking a vacation, but a certain department in the company allowed us to go there at the company's expense. so it turned to be our first overseas business trip.
Following is the schedule of that trip. it was a little hard!
