バイヤーは落札後、私が不正（価格吊り上げ）をしたと勘違いをして私を罵倒した。そして本日私に負の評価をつけた
代金を支払わない、一方的な勘違いでセラーを罵倒して負の評価をつける
私は何一つ間違いを犯していないのに、この行為はあまりに酷くないか？
私から評価変更依頼をバイヤーに送信できるが、バイヤーは私を不正なセラーと勘違いしているので絶対に受け入れない
今回の件を受けて私の家族もショックをうけている
だから私は公平であるebayがこの不当な評価を取り消してくれる事を心から信じています
The buyer misunderstood that I cheated (raised price) after the item was bidded and cursed at me. Today I received negative feedback, payment is not made, in unilateral manner this buyer curses and leaves negative feedback because of his misunderstanding. I made no mistake but this conduct is hedious, don't you think?
I can send request for changing feedback to the buyer, but as the buyer mistakenly thinks I'm fraudulent seller so this is not accepted at all.
My family is shocked by this case as well.
Therefore I believe that eBay is fair enough to annul this unjustified feedback.
