同じサーバーで稼動しているWordPressのサイトは表示できるので、サーバーがdownしているわけではないみたいです。
データーベースの設定も間違ってないと思います。
(アクセスが集中しない場合は問題なくサイトを表示することができるので)
毎日エラーになるのでABCの機能をオフにしたところエラーが起こらなくなりました。
データーベースを参照する回数が多すぎるからエラーになるのでしょうか。
