注文した荷物は10月24日に配達予定となっておりましたが、まだ配達されていません。
なぜ配達されないのか、現在の状況を教えてください。
配達先には受取人が常にいますので、事前に電話連絡をしなくても
荷物を受け取ることができます。
私は9月10日に注文した商品が1ケ月たっても受け取れていない状況に
とても困っています。
