Returns
If you need to return for refund, you have 30 calendar days from the date
you received the item to request a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA).
You will be responsible return shipping cost when returning the item.
Items prices at $900 or more must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Item must be returned in original packaging and in original condition. Refund
will be issued in the form of merchandise credit only, minus the original
shipping and handling costs and will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking
fee.

返品
もし返金のために返品が必要であれば、商品受け取り後、暦30日以内に返品保証(RMA)まで要求してください。返品の際は送料はお客様の負担となります。

商品の返品は配送されたままでの包装と状態でのみ受け付けます。返金は商品クレジットのみでの形式とし、送料と手数料、最小15％の再在庫経費を差し引かせていただきます。
If the returned item has been used and shows signs of wear, it may be
refused or a restocking fee of up to 25% may be assessed.
We do not give refunds for the following items (these items may only be
exchanged for the same product if defective): earbuds, earplugs,
headphones, headsets, cleaners, polishes, polishing cloths, cleaning kits, pegs,
bows, bridges, shoulder rests, guitar picks.

Damages, Loss and Delays
We shall not be responsible for shortage, delays and/or item arriving in
damaged condition that is beyond our control.
It is your responsibility to inspect item upon delivery and report any
shortages and/or damages to us within 24 hours of delivery.

傷、紛失、遅延
当社は管理を越える商品が痛んだ状態での商品到着の不足や／もしくは遅延は責任を負いかねます。
配送24時間以内に商品の欠損や／もしくはダメージの調査、それについての当社への報告はお客様の責任となります。
Defective Merchandise
If merchandise is determined defective by our technician, we will credit your
account or make arrangements for products to be repaired or replaced.
Return shipping cost will be pre-paid by us provided that you report
defective merchandise within 15 days of delivery. You will be responsible for
all shipping costs after 15 days.
Order Limitations
We reserve the right to limit or to prohibit sales to anyone.
We reserve the right to reject any order placed with us, and/or to limit
quantities on any order.
You will be notified via e-mail or phone if you order is rejected.
Other Agreements
These terms apply to all transactions where we supply merchandise to you.
欠陥商品
もし商品が弊社技術者により欠陥商品と判断された場合、弊社は赤伝処理するか、修理または交換のための手配を致します。
貴殿が到着より15日以内に商品の欠陥を報告することを条件に、返品の送料は弊社は前払いいたします。
注文制限
弊社は、誰にでも販売することを制限するか、または禁止する権利を留保します。
弊社は弊社に対する注文を拒否する権利、及び/または、全ての注文について数量を制限する権利を留保します。
貴殿の注文が拒否される場合は， e-mailまたは電話により通知致します。
その他の取り決め
これらの条件は、弊社が貴殿に商品を供給する全取引に適用されます。
If there is any inconsistency between these terms and any order submitted
by you or any other arrangement with us, these terms prevail unless
otherwise agreed by us in writing.
Waiver
If we exercise or fail to exercise any right or remedy available to us, this shall
not prejudice our rights in exercising that or any other right or remedy.
Waiver of any term of the contract must be specified by us in writing.
Assignment
You may not transfer or assign all or any of your rights or obligations under
this contract without our prior written consent.
Governing Law
This contract and its terms are governed by, and shall be construed in
accordance with the laws of California.
これらの条件と貴店からの注文や弊社との他の取り決めの間で何らかの矛盾が生じた場合、弊社が書面において別の承認をしない限り、これらの条件が優先されます。
権利放棄
弊社が行使できるいかなる権利や手段を行使しても、またしなくても、それにより、そのような権利やその他の権利または手段を行使する権利が損なわれることはありません。
この契約条件の放棄は、弊社が書面により指定しなければなりません。
譲渡
この契約における貴店のどんな権利も義務も、あらかじめ書面による同意がない限り、移転したり譲渡したりすることはできません。
準拠法
この契約と条件はカリフォルニア州の法律に準拠し、カリフォルニア州の法律で解釈されます。
