あなたが日本に代理店を置きたいとの事は理解いたしました。
しかしこの商品は、1000個購入させていただいたとしても、
本体が売れていないと売りきることができません。
我々は販売促進の努力はいたしますが、本体の市場規模が大きくならなければ、
購入するメリットがありません。
その為、現在は月間20個が限界です。

I understand that you wish to open an agency here in Japan. However, even if we do purchase 1000 of this product from you, we will not be able to sell them all if the main product does not also sell well.
We will try to encourage sales, but we will not gain anything from purchasing from you if the main product's market does not expand.
For that reason, we are currently only willing to purchase 20 per month.
