家族の誕生日の祝いで、子供2人連れの家族で参加。お台場や東京スカイツリーのクリスマスイルミネーションに加えて、お台場の花火も見れました。揚げたての天麩羅＆飲み放題で、家族全員が大満足・満腹。まさにプチ贅沢でした！
＜集合場所＞
当日の朝に「晴海屋」さんからお電話をいただき、集合場所や時間の再確認をしてくれたので、安心して参加することができました。同じ船着場から数多くの屋形船が出航するため、早く行っても乗船はできません。
To celebrate birthday of a member of family, we joined in this cruising with two small kids. We could see the Christmas lights in Odaiba and Tokyo Skytree. Also we enjoyed fireworks in Odaiba. We could have freshly cooked Tempura and drinks as much as we wanted. All of us were very much satisfied with this event. It was a dream day out!
<Meeting Point>
In the morning, “Harumiya” called me and we could confirm the meeting point and time so we did not have any worry about it. We were not able to ride on the boat until the departure time since there were many houseboats departing from the same dock.
船着場の前にハッピを着た「晴海屋」さんのスタッフの方がいますので、そこでチェックインと座席の確認をします。出航時間の15分くらい前に乗船開始です。
＜船内＞
掘りごたつ式のテーブルが二列並んでいます。我々のような子連れの家族、カップル、小グループ、茨城の会社の社員旅行と、色々な人たちの乗り合いで、お互いが近い（間隔が狭め）ので、廻りの人たちとも仲良くなり、和気あいあいとした雰囲気です。
In front of the dock, the staff of Harumiya who were wearing happi coat were welcoming. We could check in and confirm the seats there. The boarding started about 15 minutes before the departure.
<Inside boat>
There were 2 Japanese coffee tables lined. Under the tables, there were enough spaces to stretch our legs. There were abother family with children like ours, couples, a small group of friends, people of staff excursion from Ibaragi. It was very nice and cozy atmosphere so we could have nice time with the other passengers.
＜料理＆飲み物＞
最初に懐石料理が一通りセッティングされていて、鍋を食べ終わったくらいのタイミングで、揚げたての天麩羅が1種類づつサーブされます。何を食べても美味しいのですが、やはり揚げたてアツアツの天麩羅は格別！真冬の寒空の下、温かい船内で食べるアツアツの料理は特別感があります。0～5歳で申込みをすると食事は付きませんが、親の料理を分けてあげても十分なほどの量があります。飲み放題メニューも豊富で、ワイン片手にお台場の夜景を堪能しました。
<Meals and Drinks>
The starter was a Kaiseki meal. Japanese Nabe was the second. When we finished the Nabe, a variety of Tempuras were served. Everything was delicious. But I have to say that the freshly cooked and served Tempura was the best and special since it was very cold mid-winter. For the passenger aged under 5 years old there were no meal to be served,however, parents could share their meals because enough volume of foods were served. There were a lot of choices in drink menu and they were all including in the ticket price.
I enjoyed the night view in Odaiba with a glass of wine.
＜夜景＞
東京湾から見る東京の夜景は本当にキレイです。停泊中は2階のスカイデッキに上がって、何も遮るものがない絶景を見ることができます。ちょうどクリスマスイルミネーションの最中ということもあり、東京タワーやレインボーブリッジ、フジテレビ本社ビル、東京スカイツリーなどが全てクリスマス仕様のライトアップになっていて、それを屋形船から見る「和風クリスマス」もいいな～と実感しました。たまたま土曜日に行われているというお台場の花火もスカイデッキから見ることができ、本当にラッキーでした。
<The night view>
The night view of Tokyo bay was incredibly beautiful. In harbor we could enjoy the superb view from Sky-deck in second floor. It was the Christmas season. Therefore Tokyo Tower, Rainbow Bridge, the headquarter building of Fuji television network and Tokyo Skytree were all with the Christmas lights. It was nice experience that I could see them from the Japanese houseboat. I was lucky enough to see from Sky-deck the fireworks of Odaiba which was held every Saturday.
＜サービス＞
スタッフの方々は、東京の下町のいなせな感じで、ちゃきちゃとして気持ちの良いサービスでした。小さい子供連れだとレストランに行くのも億劫になるのですが、この屋形船は子供もウェルカム＆スタッフ皆さんが子供たちが飽きないように気遣ってくださり、親も安心して楽しむことができました。
冬の屋形船ってどうなんだろう...と思っていましたが、結果大正解でした。次は爽やかな季節にまた参加したいです！
<Service>
The staff of the houseboat was amiable from downtown of Tokyo and they worked with brisk efficiency. Going out with small children is often troublesome. However, this houseboat excursion was very good. Staff was welcoming the small kids and entertained them. We, parents could also relax and enjoy the event.
Initially I was worried about the houseboat trip in winter. But it was great. I would like to have this again in warmer weather.
