Freight/ Shipping
We are happy to provide a ground transportation quote within the European Union, or we can make your order available by pick-up by a forwarder of your choice. We will pack your order as soon as we receive payment confirmation. After we have packed your order, we will send you complete shipping and packing details. Please inform us of any special requirements (documentation, pallet heights, special pallets or labels) before we pack your order. If we do not know of your requirements ahead of time, we may not be able to honor them.
Documents
Invoice & packing list will be provided with the shipment. Please note that we are not able to supply certificates of origin or Eur-1 certificates.
貨物／発送
欧州連合国内の場合は陸送の見積もりを喜んで提供させて頂くか、お客様ご希望の配送会社によるご注文商品の荷受も対応可能です。お支払の確認が取れ次第、ご注文商品の梱包を行います。梱包後、お客様に宛てて配送及び梱包の詳細を一通りお送りいたします。（文書、パレットの高さ、特別なパレット及びラベルなど）特別な条件がございましたら、当方でご注文商品を梱包する前にご連絡下さい。事前に条件がわからない場合、対応できないことがございます。

請求書及び梱包一覧が配送時に含まれます。原産地証明書およびEur-1証明書の発行は致しかねますので予めご了承下さい。
