Dear sir, if the glass is broken it is nothing that I did on my end.
I also remember you had another face that was broken.
Sounds fishy to me .
The glass was PERFECT before it left on my end and it was marked FRAGILE.
This is between you and UPS.
Also you don't show any pictures of the box being broken or damaged.
Sounds like you better quit while you are a head .
Just to let you know I will NOT return any money to you .
Take it up with UPS.

ガラスが壊れているとのことですが、当方の責任ではございません。
以前もフェースが壊れていた、とご連絡を頂いたと記憶しております。
当方が出荷確認をした際には、ガラスに問題はなく、「壊れ物」の記載を致しました。
ですので、今回の破損問題は、お客様とUPSので解決をしてください。
破損している箱のお写真を頂いておりませんので、確認も出来ません。
残念ながら、今回の件で返金はいたしかねます。
UPSに連絡をして、解決をお願い致します。
