横浜市は8月29日、「みなとみらい２１中央地区20街区ＭＩＣＥ施設整備事業実施方針」を公表した。
同事業は、MICE市場規模の世界的拡大や横浜での開催需要に対応するため、横浜市のMICE拠点施設であるパシフィコ横浜の隣接地(みなとみらい２１中央地区20街区)に、MICE施設をPFIとして新設するもの。今後、同事業の設計・建設、維持管理を実施する民間事業者の選定を行なう。
今回は今年12月の入札公告に先立ち、事業の実施方針等を公表し、民間事業者からの質問及び意見を募集する。
On August 29, Yokohama city council announced "Minato Mirai 21 Central Districts 20 city blocks MICE facility development project implementation policy ."
This project is to newly establish the MICE facilities as PFI at the land (Minato Mirai 21 Central Districts 20 city blocks) adjacent to the Pacifico Yokohama which is a MICE hub facility in Yokohama, in order to respond to the demands of global expansion of the MICE market and of opening in Yokohama. In near future, a private business will be selected to implement the design, construction and maintenance of the project.
Now, prior to the tender notice of December this year, the implementation of policies and business of the project is announced, and the opinions and questions from private businesses are to be heard.
