私は当件に関してすぐにでも返金したいのですが
paypalで21日ロックがかかり返金出来ない状態にあります。
paypalに確認しました所、ebay様側の設定のようです。
ロックが解除されればすぐにでも返金出来ます。
私もすごく困っています。
私はebayで生計を立てており、誠心誠意取り組んでおります。
この設定を解除して頂けませんか？
私はしっかりお客様のクレームもebay様のポリシー通り対応しています。
今回のお客様にもご迷惑をお掛けしてします。
どうか、助けてください。
