Under the normal using situation if the products have any hardware fault causing bug itself,
we will offer free repair service.
If the fault and damage(including overstep the working load) cased by wrong installation.
operation or using not follow the provision working environment or man-made calamities,
it's need to charge for it.
Because we don't know the specific reason with the camera now,
so not sure whether it will cause the cost generated.
As long as the network module is not broken,
we could fix it without charge.
About the postage costs,
when you return to us,
the freight is you pay.
after we repaired it,
we sent back to you,the freight is our pay.
IPカメラの保障期間は1年間です。
通常の使用状態において、もし商品のハードウェアの不具合がバグなどにより発生した場合、当方で無料修理サービスを行います。
もし不具合と破損（負荷の限界を超えた場合を含む）が誤ったインストール、操作、作業環境の準備を怠ったあるいは人為的な災難
により発生した場合、有料となります。
カメラが現状の特定事由がわからないため、発生費用が発生するかどうか判断ができません。
ネットワークモジュールが破損している場合は、当方で無料勝利を行います。
送料につきまして、返送時の費用はお客様負担となります。
修理後は弊社送料負担で商品を返送いたします。
