本日、日本郵便から連絡がありました。
これによると商品はまだアメリカの下記郵便局に保管されているとのことでした。
USPSから何度かお電話しているとのことでしたが繋がらないとのことでした。
お手数ですが、お客様から直接郵便局へお電話いただき、お受け取り可能な日時の打ち合わせをしていただければと思います。
なお、保管されてからだいぶ日数が経過していますので、うけとりまで返送しないようUSPSに依頼いたします。

I have informed by the Japan post today that the item has been still retained at the below post office in America.
According to the Japan post, the USPS had been attempted to call you up several times, but they failed to reach you.
I am sorry for taking up your time, but I would like to request you to get in touch with the post office to arrange the date on which you would be able to receive the item.
Also, we will request the USPS to retain the item until you will receive it as it has passed considerable days after beginning the retention.
