When converting to TXT tab delimited or CSV: use "Tools" >> "Web option" >> Unicode UFT-8

Because the file format used for creating new product in bulk is .TXT (Text Tab Delimited)or csv - a Plain Text document which does not support nor contain any formatting information - any special symbols or characters will not be displayed correctly.
