- The item returned must be received at Jomashop within 30 days from when your order was shipped out of our warehouse.
- We cannot accept your RMA if your item shows signs of any use such as, scratches, links adjusted, nicks, chips, or any signs of wear.
- Jomashop must receive all items, merchandise packaging, and manuals, and security tags if applied to your item. Please do not use any tape on the original merchandise packaging.

Please follow the following steps when returning your merchandise:
- All returned items must be accompanied with completed and signed RMA paperwork.
- Place the original package into a shipping carton.
- Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
- Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
- The RMA number must be clearly written on the shipping carton to prevent refusal.
- Please use a reliable shipping carrier, such as UPS, or FEDEX. The customer is responsible for all freight charges for items returned back to Jomashop.
- This RMA number is valid for ten (10) days from 05/16/11.
