サービスの変更・廃止
当社は、その判断によりサービスの全部または一部を事前の通知なく、適宜変更・廃止できるものとします。
準拠法、管轄裁判所
本規約に関して紛争が生じた場合、当社本店所在地を管轄する地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
免責事項
通信回線やコンピュータなどの障害によるシステムの中断・遅滞・中止・データの消失、データへの不正アクセスにより生じた損害、その他当社のサービスに関して利用者に生じた損害について、当社は一切責任を負わないものとします。

We may change or cancel all or part of the service at our discretion without prior notice.
Governing law, court of competent jurisdiction
Event of any dispute regarding this Agreement, you agree to follow the first instance decision fo the district court having jurisdiction over the Company's head office.
Disclaimer
This company does not assume any responsability for damages to the computer or communication lines that may cause system interruption, delay, loss of data due, unauthorized access to the data, nor for damage caused to the user by services of other companies.
