弊社の担当者から次のような回答ありました。Sさんがパースを訪問されてA社のCさん、Dさんと打合せをした際、Sさんからは「本件は持ち帰り、関係部署の意見を確認して回答する」と伝えたのみで、先方の要請を承認してはいないとのことでした。Cさんにその旨回答してください。
それに加え、貴方の言うとおり、契約は両者のサインにより締結されない限り無効だと思いますので、その点もCさんに伝えて頂けますと幸いです。
I have received the answer from a staff in charge of this project of our company.
When S san visited at Perth and held the meeting with C san and D san from A company, S san only told them that “I would bring back this case to Japan and would give him an answer after confirming the opinions of related sections”. He said that he did not approve the their requests.
In addition, as you told me, I think that the contact is invalid unless both parties signed it, so I appreciate if you can convey about it to C san.
