AAAのページでBBBのボタンを押すと2重に曲が追加されます。画像のリンクを削除すると解決します
ボタン自体の表示もおかしいですね
Badwordはきちんと動作してますか？badword.phpを直接編集しても設定した言葉が非表示になりません
あと要望ですがユーザー一覧ページがあると良いですね。ユーザーのFacebookやTwitterへのリンクも表示できたら最高です。

I have experienced the same phenomenon too. It was resolved after I created a new database and then preform an installation again.
Songs are registered twice when I press BBB button on AAA page. I have to delete the image link to fix it.
The button is wrongly displayed too.
Is Badword working right? I cannot hide words by editing badword.php manually.
I also assume it would be nice if it has a user list page. It is fantastic to see links to users' Facebook and Twitter accounts.

I got the same condition. I renewed database and installed, then the problem went away.
I pressed BBB button on page AAA, that added same song twice.
When I deleted the image, the problem would be solved.
The button display itself looks funny.
