自分も同じ症状になりました。Databaseを新規に作成してインストールしたら問題ありませんでした

AAAのページでBBBのボタンを押すと2重に曲が追加されます。画像のリンクを削除すると解決します
ボタン自体の表示もおかしいですね
Badwordはきちんと動作してますか？badword.phpを直接編集しても設定した言葉が非表示になりません

あと要望ですがユーザー一覧ページがあると良いですね。ユーザーのFacebookやTwitterへのリンクも表示できたら最高です。

I got the same condition. I renewed database and installed, then the problem went away.
I pressed BBB button on page AAA, that added same song twice.
When I deleted the image, the problem would be solved.
The button display itself looks funny.
Is "badword" working properly?
After I directly edit badword.php, the command didn't go away.

Oh one more request, I think it's better if we have user list page. That's the best if we can display all the user's links like Facebook and Twitter.
