・10日のミーティングについて、本社からは私、Aさんに加えて経理担当のBさんが参加します。私は来月以降米国事務所に移転することとなったため、Bさんが私の後任になります。在任中に頂いたご協力に改めて感謝します。
・Jさん、Gさんに詳細をご説明頂いたおかげで、ようやく現在の状況を理解できました。P社の名義でA契約を締結することに特に不安がありましたが、ご説明頂いたおかげで解決しました。本件は引き続きHさんに対応してもらう予定です。
In regard to the meeting to be held on 10th, from HQ myself, Mr. A and Mr. B from accounting department will join. As I am going to move a new section in US office from the next month, Mr. B will take my post. I thank you very much for your cooperation to me.
I finally was able to understand the current situation well by Mr. J and Mr. G explaining in detail. I was bit worried having the A contract under P company name, but I am now fully understood. For this matter, Mr. H will follow up from now on.
