返金は我々に商品が到着し商品の確認が出来次第、数日中に手続きが開始されます
以下に返金ポリシーを記載してますのでご確認下さい
商品が未開封かつ破損が無い状態であれば商品代金の全額が返金されますが開封や破損があった場合は50%の返金となります
お客様都合による返品の場合、お支払い頂いた送料に関しましては返金出来かねます
また返送に掛かる送料はお客様の負担となります
返送途中に商品の紛失事故などがあった場合は返金が出来かねます
高額な商品の場合はお客様にて運送保険を追加される事をお勧めします
The process of the refund of the product will be started in a few days after it gets delivered to us and we confirm it.
The policy of the refund is written about in the following, so please check it.
If the item hasn't been opened yet or damaged, the total refund of it will be done, but if it has been opened or damaged, the refund will be done by 50%.
If the product has been returned to us according to your personal reason, we can not make a refund of the shipping charge you've paid.
Also, you will be in charge of the carriage for the shipment.
We can not make a refund of the item in cases like it having been lost on the way to be shipped back to us.
We recommend you add transportation insurance to the shipping system if you return an expensive product to us.
