●Pre-fulfillment Cancel Rate について
Targetが2.5%ですがCancel が●件になり●% に達してしまいました。
原因はinventory fileを利用して価格更新時にミスがありました。
コピーしてペーストする際に一行ずれで貼り付けて価格更新したために
誤った価格を設定してしまいました。
●Regarding to Pre-fulfillment Cancel Rate
Our target was 2.5%. However, because the number of cancel has reached ●, it ended up to ● %.
It is because we made a mistake when we renewed the price with inventory file.
We mistakenly copied and pasted the renewal price on the wrong cell, which resulted in showing the wrong price on the list.
その為に事前にバイヤーへ連絡して注文のキャンセル手続きの対応と
なってしまいました。
今までは1人の担当が価格更新をしていましたが、担当を3人に増やして、価格更新をアップロードする前に全員でチャックしてからアップロードして、再発防止につとめます。
Due to that, we have informed the buyer beforehand and proceeded with the cancellation procedure.
The pricing update is being handled by 1 person up until now, but we will increase it to 3 people, wherein all members will be checking the pricing updates prior to the upload to prevent the re-occurrence of the issue.
