３．操業中・操業終了後を問わず、Bが起因となって発生したすべての問題の責任はBが負う。
４．Aが権利を有するエリアをBが利用する場合は、BはAが定めたルールに従う。
５．AはいつでもBの操業を中止させる権利をもつ。その場合、Aは操業計画の利益相当額を年単位でCに補償する。Aの支払った補償額は将来Cが受領するRoyaltyから差し引かれる。
６．Bの閉鎖に要する費用はCの負担とする。
3. Whether it was in operation or after operation, B shall take a responsibility for every trouble which is attributed to B
4. In case B uses the area where A has the right, B shall comply with the rule set by A.
5. A has a right to terminate the operation of B at any time. In such a case, A shall compensate B for the amount of profit from the operation plan provided in a year. The amount of the compensation paid by A shall be deducted from the royalty to be received by C in the future.
6. The expenses for closing B shall be borne by C.
