Guest instructor from Paris, Frederick Renard, was in town and he taught a class for us as a test for a longer-running class next season. The students were invitation-only: mostly ensemble members, former students, and other people we thought would be interested and spread the word.
The class was very successful and we’re looking at how to add it to the mix for next spring when Mr. Renard returns to Japan.

パリからのゲストインストラクターである、フレデリック·レナードが町におり、次のシーズンの長期間に渡るクラスのお試しとして、私たちのための授業を教えました。学生は招待された人だけでした、つまり、ほとんどがアンサンブルのメンバーや、かつての生徒で、他には興味を持って言葉を広めてくれるだろうなと私たちが思った人たちだけでした。
クラスは非常に成功しました。そして、我々はレナード氏が日本に戻る次の春のミックスに追加する方法を模索しています。
