2. Click "Refund the order" or "Represent your case" to the right of the order number and follow the online instructions.
For refunds, we credit the selling fees (less any amount held back as an administrative fee) to your Marketplace Payments account.
If you do not use the online forms you must reply to this email by providing details related to this transaction in the box below. Please feel free to include any other information that you believe may be helpful in deciding the outcome of this claim.
