MyUSで荷物を転送する場合はoriginal shipping boxesのままで発送してくれるように
依頼しないと、非常に悪いパッケージで発送されてしまいます。
私の荷物はopen and re-packすることはありません。
御社のoriginal shipping boxesのまま、梱包状態を変えずに当社に到着するように依頼しています。
梱包状態は綺麗な場合がほとんどです。
私は送料の削減よりも商品が安全に到着すること優先しています。
I use MyUS to ship my orders from the US to Japan.
I ask MyUS to ship my packages in the shipping boxes originally delivered to them, otherwise, they would ship them in very poor packages.
My packages would not be opened-and-repacked. I make arrangements to receive packages from you in the original shipping boxes.
They mostly arrive in undamaged and clean conditions.
I put priority to safety arrival of packages rather than reducing the shipping costs.
商品が破損している場合、原因の多くは緩衝材の不足だと思います。
特に重いパーツを輸送する際に緩衝材が不足していると、破損事故が発生していると思います。
御社から当社へ直送した場合の送料と配送日数が知りたいです。
送料が高すぎず、配送日数も長すぎなければ、日本へ直送して欲しいと思っています。
仮に3月1日の注文分を日本へ直送した場合の送料の見積もりが欲しいです。

When a product is damaged, the main reason can be lack of cushioning.
Especially when shipping heavy products, if there is not enough cushioning, that leads to damage incidents.
