We got back the 5 Wood and that is not how we sent it out. The chips were done by someone in your office and department.
1st of all, the Tour Dept would never send it out to anyone with chips on it.
2nd of all, the 2 chips are very visible and we would not send out something like that either.
Next time you order, we are going to have to send it back to you.
