and there are few things about it. So far the most important things are 1) fretboard is painted and it leaves paint residue on my fingers 2) some uneven frets 3) nut is a bit too high.
I don't have the necessary tools to fix the frets and the nut. Then again, I wouldn't want to do that on a new guitar. However, the paint on the fretboard is most annoying and I don't even know what exactly to do. And I don't think I should be required to do anything about it, especially on a new guitar.
Now, I understand that this is a quality control issue with greco (or kandai shokai) but since I bought it from you, I would like to hear your thoughts and possible suggestions how to resolve the issue.
そして、それについて少しお伝えすることがあります。今までのところ最も重要なことは、１）指板が塗装されていて、塗料が指に付着する、２）フレットのいくつかが平らでない、３）ナットが少し高すぎる、ということです。
フレットとナットを調整するのに必要な道具は持っていません。それに、新品のギターにそのような調整はしたくありません。しかしながら、指版の塗料が一番厄介で、どうして良いかもわかりません。また、新品のギターなのですから私自身が何かしなければならないのもおかしいと思います。
Greco（または神田商会）の品質管理の問題だと理解はしていますが、私は貴店からこのギターを購入しましたので、貴店の見解とこの問題を解決するために何か提案があればお聞かせ願います。
