Yes, that is correct, the picture taken when your package was originally opened did not show any brackets inside and all pieces of the package are placed back inside the package. When a package is logged in, no pieces are removed and the package is placed on the shelf in your suite. Our shipping department has confirmed that they would not throw out metal brackets confused for cardboard as these brackets would have significant weight compared to cardboard. I truly apologize for the confusion as these were not discarded from our facility.
