商品Ａが私の住んでいる日本に届きました。
早速、商品Ａを使ってみたところ初期不良で使用できませんでした。
そこで日本の代理店であるＢ社に修理をお願いしました。
しかしアメリカで購入した商品の修理はできないと断られました。
あなたのブランドは、世界中のどこの代理店でも購入から1年以内の故障は修理をしてくれるのではないのですか？
どうにかして日本の代理店で修理をできるように手配してください。

I bought a A from a webshop on eBay U.S.A.
A reached to Japan where I live.
I opened the package at once and tried to use it, but I could not as it had an initial failure.
Then I contacted B, your distributor in Japan, to ask for a repair, but they declined by saying that they would not handle repairs on the products bought from the U.S.
It is my understanding of your brand policy that any your items can be repaired by any distributors in the world within a year of the purchase. Am I correct?
Please arrange so that I can have my item repaired by your distributor in Japan.
