実は先ほど取引先銀行から連絡があり、貴方の銀行口座に上手く送金ができないとの
連絡がありました。
口座番号に間違いがないか、メーカー(貴方)へ確認して欲しいとのこと。
恐らく、貴方が連絡をくれた口座情報は正しいのでしょう。
取引先銀行が海外送金に不慣れで、何かミスをしたものと思います。
送金し直すと、銀行手数料がまた発生してしまいますし、多分この銀行はまたミス
を犯すかも知れません。

Actually, our bank just contacted me and informed us that they had some problem sending the payment to your bank account.
They want us to check with you if there is no error in the account number.
I think the account information you provided is correct and our bank made some errors because they were not used to overseas bank transfers.
We could try again but they would charge the fee again and there is no guarantee that they won't make another mistake again.
