カラー写真の2011年に撮影された永代橋のすぐ後ろにあるグレーのビルは旧山一証券ビルである。
モノクロ写真が撮影された、1990年にはまだなかった。竣工が 1996年10月 破綻したのが1997年11月だから出来て1年足らずでつぶれてしまったことになる。本社ビル計画はきっとバブル経済のときで、まさか経営者も破綻するとは思ってなかったのだろう。現在は低層階は賃貸オフィス 上層階は賃貸マンションである。
In the background of the color photograph taken in 2011 was the former Yamaichi Shoken Building immediately behind the Eitai Bridge.
It was not there in the black and White picture taken in in 1990. It was constructed in October 1996 and destroyed November 1997 only one year afterwards. The building was seemingly funded by the Japanese 'bubble economy', I'm sure the construction company did not think that they would be the ones pulling it down. At present the lower floors are rental office spaces while the upper floors are for rental dwellings.
