If the Buyer's order is not accepted, the S shall promptly notify the Buyer within three (3) business days of the S counting from the date which the purchase order is sent to the Seller. The S shall be deemed to have indicated confirmation of order and an Individual Sale Agreement shall be established when notification of refusing order is not given by the S despite the elapse of such deadline.
The S shall, at its owned cost and expense deliver the Goods to the User at the delivery location specified in the Individual Sale Agreement within 14 days from date that the order has been confirmed.
The warranty period of Defects is one year from the date of handing over the Goods as specified in Article 6.
購入者の注文が受け付けられないのであれば、Sは、発注書が送付された期日を基点として3営業日以内に｢注文が受付けられない｣旨を購入者に通知しなければならない。3営業日以内に｢注文を受付けない｣旨の通知をしない場合は、Sが｢注文が受諾し、個別購入契約が成立した｣と見なされる。
Sは、個別購入書を受諾した日から14日以内に当該契約書に記載された場所に、経費や費用自己負担で、商品を届けなければならない。
The warranty period of Defects is one year from the date of handing over the Goods as specified in Article 6.
