現代日本における「オタク」の定義
「オタク」という言葉が登場した当時は、自宅内で特定の趣味（アニメ・マンガ・ゲーム等）を満喫する人々のことを「オタク」（自宅にこもる人→お宅の主→オタク）と名付けて揶揄する意味合いがありました。
