Please can you send me the address in which to send my receipt for £20.89p.
For which I had to pay customs ASAP.
If I do not receive the address at the latest tomorrow 20th Feb I will be forced to contact
the Amazon Team and post feedback on your website explaining my problems.
You should have found out what import tax you need to pay before sending the parcel
rather than waiting to get caught by a random check !!!
I don't accept that you were unable to know how much this was before you sent my parcel.

荷物を送る前に輸入税がどれくらいかかるか知ってて当然だし、税関のランダムチェックに引っかかるまで待つまでもないでしょうに！！
送る前に、これがいくらなのか知らなかった、というのは受け入れられません。
