当店で販売されているカシオ腕時計は日本国内でのみ使用可能な保証書が付属します。
日本以外で修理を希望するお客様には、当店からメーカーへ国際保証書の発行を依頼します。
ご希望のお客様は注文後に”国際保証書の発行”とメッセージをください。
ただし、国際保証書の発行には7〜10日かかりますので、発行後の商品発送となりますことを予めご了承ください。

The warranty period of Casio watch is ranging from one to three years depending on models.
Those we put on sale come with the warranty paper within Japan only.
For those who want to have it repaired overseas, we will request the manufacturer to issue the international warranty paper.
Customers, who want to have it, please send us a message “Please issue the international warranty paper”.
However, it takes around seven to ten days to obtain the paper, so please be informed in advance that the shipment of watch will be after obtaining it.
