APIで動画を取得する場合、Adsenseは併用できません
表示はできますが時間が経てばアカウントが凍結されるでしょう
X、Y、どちらともAdsenseの併用はNGです
もちろん手動で1つずつ埋め込む場合は問題ありません
以上が有名サイトにAdsenseがない理由です
規約は以下に書いてあると思います(解釈が難しいですが)

You can not use Adsense at the same time when you receive videos via API.
It can be displayed but your account will be deleted.
Adsense doesn't allow to apply both X and Y at the sae time.
It is ok if you embad them one by one. This is why famous websites don't have Adsense.
