I had placed an order for a carbon dakine EQ bag. I then received a call from a Mark or Mike saying that you did not have any of the carbon bags in. He then offered me the EQ bag with the gradient finish. He then offered to waive my shipping and handling fee for the inconvenience. I just checked by account statements and paypal account. The shipping and handling went through on my card, which was around 18 dollars. I have not had any return on my paypal account either. My phone number is 626-664-3423. Please call me back or respond to my email. I would to talk to this Mike or Mark person who called me the first time. Thank you for your time.
