お鍋料理とは
鍋料理(なべりょうり)は、惣菜を食器に移さず、調理に用いた鍋に入れたままの状態で食卓に供される日本の料理。鍋物(なべもの)、あるいはただ鍋(お鍋)と呼んで指す場合もある。複数人で鍋を囲み、卓上コンロやホットプレートなどで調理しながら、個々人の椀や取り皿あるいはポン酢やタレなどを入れた小鉢(呑水という)に取り分けて食べるのが一般的である。特に冬に好まれる。
What is O-naberyori?
Naberyori is a Japanese dish that cooks various things in a pot. It's served in a pot which is used for cooking without dishing out. We also call the dish Nabemono or just Nabe(O-nabe). A number of people sit around the table setting a pot at the center of the table. And we cook with a tabletop stove or an electric hot plate and commonly serve into the bowl, the serving plate for individual use or the small bowl with Ponzu or sauce in it from a pot. It's very popular especially in winter.
