プライベートでケージを製作しているのを知り依頼する事になりました。
基本的なデザインはAさんが考えました。フェンダーアーチの部分は私の案です。
法律的に考えるならケージが創造物として認可されるのかが問題にだと思いますが、基本的にAさんは商標登録なんてしてないと思うので問題ないと思います。
ボディパネルのデザインは実車を参考にしたのでそっちの方が心配です（笑）
私が一番問題だと思うのはAさんが趣味なのか事業なのかハッキリさせてない事だと思ってます。
I requested the manufacturing of the cage on knowing that he (she) makes it privately. The fundamental design was designed by A. The fender arch was my idea.
From a juristic perspective, I think the problem is that whether the cage is approved as a creation, but basically I think there is no problem at all for A hasn't obtained a trademark registration/
I'm worried about the design on the body panel because it was made based on an actual car (ha-ha).
I think the most serious problem is that A is not clear whether it is a hobby or a business.
