UKを間違えてUSと書いてしまいました。大変失礼しました。
同時に送ったアイテムの到着がずれるのは、私も変だと思います。考えられるのは、1 何処かで輸送されずに止まっている。2郵便局が荷物を紛失した。以上のどちらかだと思います。
しかし以前フランス宛にクリアファイルを送りましたが、5週間以上掛かって届いた事がありますので、まだ紛失したと決めるには早すぎます。
もちろん、届いていないのにフィードバックをする必要はありません。私は貴方に◯を受け取って貰いたいので最後まで対応致します。
I made a mistake and wrote US instead of UK. I'm very sorry.
I also think it's weird that items I sent out at the same time didn't arrive together. When I think of it, I think it's either than 1.) it was stopped somewhere without being transported along or 2.) the post office lost it. I think it's one of the above.
However, I sent a clear file before to France and had it arrive 5 weeks after sending it so I think it's too early to say if it's been lost or not yet.
Of course, you don't need to give feedback when it hasn't arrived. I want you to get O so I will be here to support you until you get it.
